I'd invite you, first off, to simply click on this post's title (up above - - "Speaking of POE") for a quick-link that will simply take you to the CHFB (Classic Horror Film Board) thread about the proposed television series to feature the historical POE as a sort-of-a mid-19th century forensic detective of the weird and the bizarre. Actor, Writer, long-time POE advocate, and all-around NEAT GUY, Mark Redfield (check out Mark's own sites at: www.redfieldarts.com/ and http://anactorsnotebook.blogspot.com/ ) launched the thread today about ABC picking up the "pilot" to the POE series. We can hope and pray this comes to fruition and that it is done well and faithful to the written genius of Baltimore's Baron of the Bizarre.
